The NYS Partnership for Children is a statewide collaboration among 14 NYS Agencies in both public and private sectors, dedicated to making life better for children, youth, families, and communities.
The ACT for Youth Upstate Center of Excellence (UCE) is a partnership including the Family Life Development Center at Cornell University, Ithaca, NY, the University of Rochester, and the NYS Center for School Safety. The NYS Department of Health funds the project.
The ACT Downstate Center for Excellence is a component of the Mount Sinai Adolescent Health Center, NY, NY.
